In 1993, Residence Baron Seutin was built in a well-thought-out location: in Anderlecht, where the academic part of the ULB is located, specifically behind Erasmus Hospital, allowing students and assistants to benefit from the 204 studios.

All our facilities are just a stone’s throw away from the Faculty of Medicine and Erasmus University Hospital, near the Brussels Ring and Erasmus metro stop. The neighborhood offers plenty of opportunities for sports, including tennis, squash, golf, horseback riding, or exercising on the athletics track.

Access to the Residence is controlled by a security system with personalized magnetic badges. Parking is also provided on-site.

No personal priority is assigned for the rental of our studios.

We will contact students from mid-June regarding their admission. Contracts are for a duration of 12 months, covering the period from September 16th to September 15th of the following academic year.
