Vision

For more than 55 years, we have been making our customers' real estate dreams come true... Did you know that more than 40 years ago, we were the first real estate group in Belgium to launch the concept of the student campus? A then innovative concept that offered the student the luxury of a cozy studio with a bathroom and a mini-kitchen (the 'kitchenette'), in a central location. It was a welcome innovation for students, who until then had no choice but to rent dusty back rooms... Even now, we strive to offer our customers innovation and the best in living comfort. Whether you're buying or selling, renting or leasing, tell us your wishes and we will fulfill them.

High-quality student housing in the hands of private investors appears to be a gap in the market.

Due to a dispute with one of the investors, a system of solidarity is developed and agreed upon by the owners, that is still known as the ‘rental pool’. A wonderful principle of which we are the proud founders. The principle is as simple as it is ingenious: due to the large number of student studios in a project, the unreceived rent can be divided between all owners. As a result, each owner always receives his rental income, even if his studio is not rented out at that time.
